Day-care centres – our concept

In our facilities, the child is treated regardless of origin and nationality, as well as life situation, so that it develops diverse skills and can learn according to his age in accordance with each other.

The child should increasingly learn to take responsibility, care for others in the group, to practice dealing with conflicts and to seek solutions in solidarity.

Our pedagogical work is based on the situational approach according to which the child’s everyday world of experience is central. The task of the educational staff is based on our concept of accompanying the child on individual self-employment and intervening when help is needed.

The pedagogical staff and parents strive for a mutually cooperative understanding in the interest of the child and are ready for constructive collaboration.
